After going all winter without heat and having three different technicians unable to solve the problem, Pacific Air was able to quickly identify the issue and fix it right away. Our central heating and AC system is now working perfectly! We were truly impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, and how efficiently they handled everything. Scheduling service was easy, and they were reliable and punctual, arriving exactly when they said they would. What really stood out was how they took the time to clearly explain the problem and walk us through the solution, which gave us a lot of confidence in their work. We highly recommend them!

Had an issue with our HV/AC not blowing and it's on the roof of a 2 story building. We were assigned them through our home warranty company and I'm very glad. I was at work but the gentleman checked it out after fitting me in same day. It was an easy fix and he went above and beyond by re-sealing everything up there as well! Very impressed. I'd work with them again in a heartbeat!
