Zach was on-time, pleasant, and listened to my concern about my squeaky garage door. He was quick to fix the squeak and completed the maintenance checklist so my 30-year-old door is almost like new. (I'm 90 years and consider "almost" an excellent rating.) When I inquired ab out Emergency doors Zach explained what the different levels would provide and made a print hard-copy form me to keep. He was a fine professional representing the Local Garage Door Company.

The Technician who installed my system was very knowledgeable and explained things of importance regarding that system. He was respectful and courteous and worked diligently for several hours installing everything. He was also a pleasure to work with. I was in a bit of a panic when my garage door wouldn't close late one night, leaving it wide open. Called these folks and they came out the same evening, which I really appreciated.
