Jose and Anthony were awesome. Super professional and knowledgeable. They walked me though exactly what I needed and why. It really makes a difference when technicians take the time to help customers understand everything. They were in and out in an hour and I have a brand new garage door motor that's running better than I though possible. Overall, booking with Precision Garage Door Service was fast and simple. Not only was I able to make an appointment within a day of calling, but when I had to reschedule last minute, they were incredibly helpful and got me immediately rebooked for the following day. All in all, an excellent experience and I can't recommend them enough.

Great work, but definitely on the pricey side. I recently had Precision Garage Door Service replace my old, failing garage door opener. The technician was professional, showed up on time, and clearly explained what needed to be done. The new opener is noticeably quieter and smoother than my old one, and they did a clean job with all the wiring and mounting. The installation itself was high quality, and I feel confident the new system will last a long time. However, the total came to around $4000, which felt quite expensive compared to other quotes I received. They did good work, but I wish the pricing had been a bit more competitive. Would recommend them if you want reliable service and aren’t overly price sensitive. Just be prepared for premium pricing.

Great care taken when removing and installing the new door and hardware. Reasonably priced and on time.
