I was actually trying to find someone who had worked on our garage door about 8 years ago, but Google led me to Quality Garage Doors—and what a happy mistake that turned out to be! Tim answered the phone right away and was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He came out promptly, and with our garage door being over 25 years old, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But Tim was amazing—he replaced the necessary parts right on the spot and got everything working perfectly. He took the time to explain what needed to be replaced and why, which I really appreciated. It’s not often you find someone so professional, honest, and willing to make sure you understand the work being done. Tim did a wonderful job. Tim was knowledgeable, helpful, explained the problem and how he proposed to best fix it. He also did a good job advising me on what to do and not to do to keep things working well. They even took the extra step of replacing the burnt-out light bulbs in our garage, which we didn’t expect but definitely appreciated.
