Precision Garage Door Service

So,,, my garage door wouldn’t go down- I booked service with Precision after reading their reviews. Of course the door worked just fine when I went to show them the problem lol - Antonio and Jay were super great and did a maintenance inspection on my unit (its older and was here when I bought my house 10 years ago) we found some items that needed to be replaced - they showed and explained everything to me before I approved the work. they were very friendly, professional and got the work done in about an hour. . It runs smooth at butter and is so quiet now - I am so happy with the maintenance we did before it became a problem. I will definitely use them again if needed.

Our garage door was the original 1989 model, and it was having issues going up and down. Upon inspection, we saw that one of the rollers was broken. Precision Garage Door has great reviews, so we scheduled an appointment online. There were plenty of appointments available, and it was super easy to schedule. The day before our appointment, our garage door wouldn't close at all. I called, and they easily fit us in for that afternoon. We received a call several hours before our appointment asking if they could come early since they had finished the previous job. That is nearly unheard of! While we couldn't meet earlier, we thought that was awesome. Kalani showed up right on time and was so personable. He listened to our problem and explained that he would do a multi-point inspection so that we had options and he could address any additional issues. They do not charge for appointments, which was great. It would be a very minimal cost to replace the broken roller, but he also went over the option of replacing all the hardware (with a lifetime guarantee) and the option of replacing the door, which would also be a complete hardware replacement. Ultimately, we decided to replace the whole door, as it was really needed. Kalani said that he would call us in the next few days to schedule the install appointment. He didn't want us to be without the use of our garage, so he replaced the two rollers (free of charge) so that we could use it while we waited. He hadn't even been gone 20 minutes before he rang our doorbell and said that he had spoken to the installer and that they could come out the next day. How awesome is that!? Kalani was fun to talk to, knowledgeable, and just a fun dude! The next day, the garage was installed in a few hours. After the installer left, we noticed the chain was loose. I sent Kalani a text with a video, and he came by the next day to tighten it. My experience with Precision Garage was excellent, and I would use them again and recommend them. Kalani is a gem of an employee!
