I would have liked to give them a better review I went out to leave for a Dr Appt door went up about a foot and back down. I checked it and seen right away the spring was broke. I called Garage door Service and they were able to get a repair tech out in a couple of hours excellent response tech showed up and right away I was suspicious of truck showed up with Nebraska License? I asked the tech he told me it was a rental lol anyway he gave me an option on a new spring one from from China 375.00 or a GOLD brand 1000.00 for a single door spring you could purchase for around 100.00 on Amazon before he was done he said the drive wheels and shaft were bad I needed the door repaired so I paid over a 1000.00 when it was all done My fault I feel like a dumb ass that I didn't tell him to hit the road I am writing this to warn others if you call them this is what will happen I read the reviews they had on line and I can not believe someone said prices were reasonable??? I believe the employees wrote the reviews

The worst part about this experience was the hidden charges. I was quoted a reasonable price over the phone, but once the job started, they kept adding extra fees for things that should have been included. It felt very dishonest. The quality of the work didn’t justify the high price at all, and I feel completely ripped off.

Very happy with garage door maintenance and safety inspection. They ensured everything was in top condition.
