Garage door in our Tracy home was hit/dented which caused hinge and roller failure resulting in a significant bowing in the door when opened. Aaron came out the same day that we called and explained exactly why the bowing was happening. It became clear that it was only a matter of time before a complete failure or collapse. He presented us with 2 quotes, one to repair it, and one for a completely new door and all hardware. The new door option was so reasonably priced that it made the decision easy. "Let's go new and reset it's lifetime clock". We scheduled the install for 2 days later which in itself was great! Then it got better. We got a call the next day "We can do it today if you like". "Absolutely"! Aaron showed up on time, one day early, to do the install. He's knowledgeable, professional, friendly, communicates extremely well, and clearly about everything that will be done, and he's super efficient! A few hours later we had a beautiful new door, pre-painted that works just beautifully with the house color scheme. He walked us through everything he did and explained all the mechanics extremely clearly. The new door is solid, tight, quiet as can be, and just works perfectly. We installed the garage door opener, Aaron programmed the system, help with phone app connection , no sales pitch ,just honest, quality work. Also , new wheels on tracks were installed, and he applied lubricant to my original springs for protection. The door operates so smoothly and quietly now. On top of that, he cleaned up the messy wiring that was left by the previous installer, leaving everything looking neat and tidy. It’s refreshing to find a technician who takes pride in their work.
