Jeri-Co Garage Doors

Jeri-Co installed our new garage doors about 5ish years ago - we were very happy with the price and quality of service we received. Fast forward to this week and our torsion spring broke, which is understandable given their service life. I messaged Jeri-co to replace it, expecting the same competitive pricing and service. Here in Napa, pricing seems to be around $300-350 for that job. We were shocked when we were given a bill for $500 and were told that the price included “servicing” both of our garage doors - one of which is fixed in place (how does that get service?), the second of which was recently serviced and didn’t need anything. The entire process including “service” took 20 minutes. To me this is a lack of integrity and it’s disappointing to see from a company I’ve referred others to in the past. I reached out to Jeri-co to see if they would make this right before posting this and didn’t receive a response.

Good service in Lake County is few and far between. I’m so happy that my neighbors referred Jeri-co. I’m not sure the name of the man that came to help today, but he was very nice. Our son put a shovel near the track and it slid into the track of our garage door and when he tried to close it the top panel bent and collapsed in a little. It wasn’t opening or closing. I called Jeri-co in the evening and the next morning someone was out here. He had it up and running and you can barely even tell the top panel was bent. I thought for sure we were going to have to replace it. Very quality work! The price was right! Very happy! Thank you guys 😃

Mark and Sergio came out to install a garage door opener I purchased from Home Depot in Santa Rosa. They were punctual, courteous, and professional. They completed the work within 45 minutes and took all the old material away. I couldn’t ask for better service and it was worth every penny I paid for the installation. Based on this performance I strongly recommend Jeri-Co and would use them again.
