The broken spring on the garage door was replaced. Earlier, I had an issue with their incurred charges and also with the unusual noise that the garage door made while going up and down. The management owned it and kindly took care of both. Technician Brian came back and serviced it so now the garage door goes up and down smoothly without those unusual sounds! They certainly take pride in their work. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. Thank you, Tom, Lee, and Brian.

A couple months ago our garage door motor went out. It had been installed by these folks about 4 years ago. When Shawn the tech came out to do the repair he realized that the original install was slightly off causing the motor to bind which caused the failure. This information was offered up to me. He easily could have installed the new motor and charged me like it wasn't their fault. Instead the information was offered up voluntarily. And not only that but they repaired everything and installed new rods and spring incase they were damaged as well. All at no cost to us. In a world where good customer service is impossible to find this interaction was a breath of fresh air. It is rare to find companies especially in humboldt that stand by their work and do the right thing. I can’t recommend these folks enough. We will be life long customers!!

Door would not open and both openers on our cars weren’t working.either. Bob was quick to help, explained everything and made a note to troubleshoot the unit because he felt that might be the culprit. Very personable and honest. We highly recommend Bob Shamberger to attend to your garage door, he’s the best!
