Larry from Real Garage Doors recently replaced our 25+ year old garage door opener. It was time to replace our old one and after consulting with other options, not only did Real Garage Doors quote the most reasonable price they were honest, transparent, and professional in their execution. We had an extremely positive experience with Larry and the Real Garage Door team. First of all, I really appreciate Larry's honesty in helping me identify which opener would give the best performance. He could've convinced me to buy the most expensive one (just like others tried to do). Instead, he explained what would work best for my home sentting (e.g., noisy vs quiet door), which was very helpful. Secondly, during the first service call for diagnosing my old opener, Larry explained the issues in detail and outlined various options from cheap short term fix to long term solutions and how long they would last. In fact, he made the best attempt to fix the current issue such that we can any last bit of service out of the system. It ended up working out for a while, but we decided to move forward with a new opener on our own. Finally, Larry brings his decades of experience to work. He was extremely professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. He even helped me set up my cars home link to operate the door. He went the extra mile to read the car manual and spent an extra 20 min troubleshooting. I highly recommend Real Garage Doors.

I called Real Garage Doors to repair a broken latch on the door attaching to the opener arm. They responded very quickly and provided a very reasonable quote. Larry showed up to do the repair. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did he do an awesome job on the repair, but noticed another issue with the tracks, and offered to fix it at no additional cost. But I wanted to compensate him for his excellent service, which is rare these days. Thank you Larry and Real Garage Doors!
