Precision Garage Door Service

Our garage door completely kicked off to one side causing the door to collapse on that side and kick up on the other around 5pm leaving our uninhabited house that is under construction completely accessible. Within 20 minutes Precision had us booked into a 4 hour window between 6 and 10pm. I was sure that meant 9pm and an extremely inflated "after hours" rate. 1 hour later I received a text with a photo of our technician, his full name, Luigi Lopez-Silva, and a description of their trucks. About 20+ minutes later Luigi showed up with a smile, professional handshake, and very neatly uniformed. After confirming we wanted the door replaced and just needed him to close and secure it, Luigi had the task done in about 20 minutes (maybe less!). I was then able to see the inventory, order a new door, hand him a 10% check deposit and was promised the door would be installed within the week. I believe him! Everything was done on a tablet and all estimates and receipts were immediately delivered to my email as we spoke. The cost of the visit and securing the door was less than half of what I expected! I was so very pleasantly surprised, relieved, and grateful for Luigi, Precision and the whole process. I can't imagine going anywhere else! Thank you Team!

Service was easy to schedule and the technician arrived on time. I have a couple of old doors that make a lot of noise and were long due on maintenance. The technician provided a few options and all repairs were done at the moment. I’m happy with the result and the overall experience.
