Had a garage door motor replaced by Sean on 5/14. That seemed to go well, but 48 hours after installation I got a "Sensor Momentarily Obstructed, Error Code 4-6. I called on 5/16 and explained the situation to the lady I talked to that morning. She said the tech wasn't in but would be in Sunday the 17th. No one reached back out to me. It has been 4 days since then, and I still have not received a call back. I'm not sure about this company, as I know the location address and there's nothing there. I have no idea where they're operating from. On the receipt, the number is 1888, which, if Google searched, comes back with Melikson Garage Door in Santa Clara. After spending nearly $1800, I expected no issues with my new garage door motor installation for at least a year or more, but only after 48 hours did I feel like I was right back where I was. If SolanoGarageDoorRepair sees this, I tried to reach out, but I felt ignored. I will maintain a 1-star review until we resolve this matter.

The technician showed up on time and was extremely courteous. He replaced the worn-out rollers and now my garage door opens effortlessly. Great workmanship and great attitude. I’ll definitely use this service again.
