Twin Cities Floor Covering

We looked into several flooring companies in the area for our flooring project to replace our carpets with wood/vinyl flooring. We went into Twin Cities Floor Covering to look at samples to determine what we wanted to have installed. The customer service was excellent! We felt like they really listened to what we wanted and helped us pick out a flooring that matched our budget and preferences. Other, big box, stores in the area felt like we were at a used car lot. Those other stores tried to tell us what we wanted and tried to get us to buy products simply because they were trying to move what they needed to get rid of. Twin Citiee even let us take samples home so that we could see what the flooring would look like! That was something that really helped us decide who we wanted to select to do the job. Their crew came out and installed our floors and did an amazing job! I liked the fact that the person that did our estimate was the same person that helped us pick out our flooring and did the installation. I love being able to support smaller local businesses versus big box stores. There is something to be said for the level of care and customer service by a smaller local business. My wife and I decided it was time to update the interior of our home so we shopped around for Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring after determining that it best suited our needs. We checked the big box stores first but didn't find anything that was close to what we were looking for. Thinking we may find more choices to select from from a local dealer we went to Twin Cities Floor Covering and were impressed by their variety of choices. We settled on three possibilities and were given a plank of each to take home to try. We settled on one and scheduled an installation date. On the appointed day David and his father Tim, the owner, began work and the two of them finished in TWO days. We are very satisfied with the workmanship, quality of the product and fair pricing. We highly recommend TCFC and would not hesitate to use them again.

After being a victim of the Cascade wildfire, we rebuilt and purchased laminate flooring from Twin Cities Flooring. Shortly after being installed the flooring began to ripple and buckle. I contacted the owner, Tim, and he responded immediately. He said he would stand behind his product even if the manufacturer did not. He had the rep come and they denied the lifetime warranty. He then hired an inspector at his own expense to determine the cause for the defective flooring. Months later without getting satisfaction from the manufacturer, Tim replaced the laminate throughout our house at no cost. Thank you Tim!
