This is the second time that I hired Jeff to replace carpeted floors with laminate flooring. As I was with the first job, I am extremely pleased with the finished product! Jeff is very easy to work with & very concerned with making sure his customers are satisfied. His communication skills are excellent & he works very neat. He is by far, very knowledgeable in his field & will offer suggestions to make the finished product look its best. I would definitely recommend Jeff for any & all flooring projects!

We had a major restoration project in a historic home in Gridley after an upstairs plumbing leak damaged both the bathroom and the living room below. The original 96-year-old oak floors were severely affected. Jeff came highly recommended by our general contractor—and now I understand why. He did an exceptional job restoring the floors and, in the process, made them look even better than before. We ended up refinishing the entire downstairs, the stairway, and the upstairs hallway. Because this is a second home, I wasn’t on-site much during the project. Jeff’s communication was outstanding—he kept me consistently updated with progress reports, photos, and videos. The contract was clear and detailed, so there was never any confusion about scope, milestones, or timing. His attention to detail is remarkable. The large 20x30-foot living room is a focal point of the house, and the border inlay follows some complex contours. Jeff handled this beautifully. The work also had to be completed in stages alongside other restoration efforts, and he coordinated seamlessly with the other teams while ensuring the floors were well protected throughout. There were even some logistical challenges with moving and staging heavy historic furniture, which he handled without issue. Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the result and would highly recommend Jeff for any flooring project, especially in a historic home where craftsmanship really matters.

Had my hardwood floors refinished and they turned out great. Jeff is very professional, stayed in communication throughout the process and completed the job right on schedule. Would definitely recommend Neads Floors for hardwood projects!
