The family who owns and runs this business was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient during the material selection and purchasing process. We truly enjoyed working with them at that stage, and the countertops were initially beautiful. Unfortunately, about 2.5 years after installation, one of the seams opened and developed a hairline crack radiating away from the seam. This should not be happening on a relatively new countertop. The failed seam is located immediately to the right of the sink and directly adjacent to the dishwasher—an area known to be high stress due to heat, moisture, vibration, and the structural weakness created by sink cutouts. Industry best practices generally recommend avoiding seam placement in this location when possible. We trusted the countertop installer would know these things. After notifying the installer of the issue, we were disappointed to be told that the problem was our fault, despite no impact, misuse, or cabinet modifications. Now we are having to pay Venetian Tile fix it due to the installer not offering to remediate when we called the first time. Based on what we’ve learned since, this appears to be an installation or design issue rather than normal wear and tear. A properly placed and supported seam should not be separating and cracking after such a short period of time. While our experience at the beginning was very positive, the seam placement and the response to the issue afterward were disappointing. I would strongly encourage future customers to ask detailed questions about seam locations and cabinet support before installation.

Glines a family owned business that I can’t say enough good things about . They are such good people and if you have a vision in mind for your home, Matt will make it happen. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They are kind, honest and very helpful. I had such a FANTASTIC experience with Glines. 10/10 recommend!! I started at Lowes and after weeks of being jerked around with terrible customer service and 2 months to get carpet installed, I went local (where I should have gone in the first place). Glines was amazing - helpful, communicative, quick, and professional. From the day I walked in their door to when the carpet was done was only 6 days! Plus, they were just as affordable as the big box brands, with such a better experience. Their installer, Alfonso, worked so hard and did a beautiful job - doing a 1.5 day job in 1 day. All-around a great experience and I highly recommend this family-owned local business!
