I cannot imagine how anybody else in the area is in business because this is the place to go. I’m wrapping up doing a full renovation at my condo in the area and I have been coming up on the weekends with my buddies to do the work. It’s about a 6 Hour drive each way and after a few months we finally tapped out. That left a couple trades I needed to sub out and the floor was one of them. As someone in the business and someone burnt out with this project I had very little threshold for exorbitantly high estimates or any kind of BS in general. Unfortunately, I had gotten a lot of that until I got to Tina. Tina reached out after my condo was inspected and the difference was amazing. I explained to her my situation and she took over and took the burden from me. Within 48 hours, I had everything I needed to make a decision. The purchase was done and over within 72 hours of contacting her, including an install date. There was no BS and It was so efficient and I’m very grateful for my experience. Got everything wrapped up and I never even had to step foot in the store. That’s what I think separates Flooring Outlet. You get all the benefits of a family involved and run company AND the pricing that you will find at the giant and soulless corporate options. Sorry to throw you out there like this Tina, but Tina was always available and she treated my very small project as if I was a repeat customer with commercial sized orders. I even reached out on a weekend one time about something unrelated and she responded within minutes. I couldn’t be more grateful for her help. There is nothing to think about, this is who you go with.

The Flooring Outlet craftsmanship and service was above par. From the owners, to the office staff, and the guy in the fields, it was a wonderful experience. The Flooring Outlet serviced , our church and offices, and now they’ve serviced our house. I am convinced that the Flooring Outlet is the only place you need to go for your flooring needs.

From beginning to end our experience was great. Trisha helped us out choosing our vinyl and carpeting and offered suggestions to meet the specific needs of our new house. The quality of their products is superb. Ricky and his helper installed the flooring and carpet. He also installed the baseboard with incredible detail around corners and even under the water supply in the bathroom. This was our second time working with NCFO and both were such good experiences. Can’t recommend them more highly.
