I really appreciated the speed and quality of work on an emergency roof repair on our home. Just prior to the rains in December 2025, I discovered a substantial leak on one side of our house. Ramiro moved some projects around to fit our project into his busy schedule. Within two days, a significant portion of our roof was replaced. I have the highest endorsement of the owners of LionHart Residential Remodeling. Ramiro was recommended to me with high praise by my HOA management company for an easy fix in my kitchen – some broken tiles. Except that the tiles were 20 years old and were not made anymore. A small fix-it turned into a major remodel, which LionHart handled with high-quality workmanship, attention to detail both in the work and cleanup, and professional and high-quality subcontractors and crew. I only wish I had subcontracted out the countertop stone work through them – the stone fabricator/contractor was a major disappointment due to poor communication and follow-up. However, even though it had nothing to do with his own work, Ramiro (who seemed even more disappointed with the countertop than I was) tried to improve things and came up with a solution for the mistakes. Perhaps what made this the best contractor experience I’ve ever had through my years of remodeling homes was the personal integrity and ethics of Ramiro, and his desire to do whatever it took to make his client happy: - My oak cabinets were to be repainted, but the grain showed through to my dislike, and Ramiro researched and found a primer that hid the grain. He was always my 2nd opinion on paint color with his artist's eye for hue and complementary colors. - I changed from a gas- to an induction-cooktop, and he coordinated the additional electric line that was needed, threading it through the garage attic and down through the kitchen wall. - I wanted to use the existing Dacor stove vent, but it was white and the new cooktop black – so Ramiro found a high-heat black paint and painted it – it looks great. I couldn’t find anything that flummoxed him, and throughout the two-month remodel, every one of his crew was polite, professional, and personable. He is now my go-to guy for all home advice and remodeling. I've already got my next project planned. Ramiro & his crew have always done great work for me. From installing new windows in the whole house, stucco work, tile work, electrical work, new roof, tear down & putting up a new fence, dry wall, etc. They do it all. Always happy with his work & his team.
