Tony from Hardcoat Solutions was highly recommended by a local concrete supplier for a challenging floor problem I am having. He went above and beyond to help me and he was a pleasure to chat with!

So, the 2 stars are for the overall experience with this company. Troy, the owner of the company, impressed us with his presentation and showing us what was to be done. After that, all downhill. We came to an agreement and Troy said he’d be out and it would most likely take 2 days. The next thing I know is a gentleman by the name of Kong came out to start the job. Now Kong gets 5 plus stars for his professional work and stick to it attitude. He worked by himself for three days in over 100 degree heat. Our old finish apparently had some weird coating on it that was a bear to get off. Kong never gave up and remained friendly and approachable the whole time. When I asked where Troy was, Kong mentioned that he had just left on a 3 week vacation! We were pissed. We were not in any hurry to get this done and if we had known, we would have waited. Anyway a week goes by and finally Kong got help on the last day here. They antiqued the whole thing and then sealed. It looks awful. There are streaks from the roller used for the sealant, drops of dark antique stain in a few places, and very uneven finish. It looks like a DIY’er did it and not a professional company. Sorry but this is a fail that we now have to live with.
