Larisa remodeled an office in early 2018 in my house into a studio apartment that I have been renting ever since. From the beginning you could see that Larisa is much more than an interior designer, she improved the architect plans, she managed the contractors, and she made sure all construction was done on time, within budget and in compliance with the city building department. Larisa selected the colors, the materials, the appliances, furniture, flooring, etc. The studio has been a HUGE hit with all my gusts, both short term and multi-month stays. Thank you Larisa!
