Woodland Carpet One

A shout out to Karen Gossard at Carpet One in Woodland! I recently decided to look into new flooring for my home. Karen was super helpful from the moment we entered the store, taking time to show us, and discuss, all the various options. She even came to our home several times to consult with us, bring samples and take measurements. Karen was meticulous in her attention to details, thinking of all the possible angles of material and installation. She has good taste, is friendly, kind, patient, very experienced and professional. The area was a bit complicated with odd angles and Karen and her installer, Vince, did a great job. Karen did an awesome job managing the project and was there every step of the way to make sure it was done right and that we were happy with the outcome…. which we are! If you need any flooring, I highly recommend speaking with Karen. She is now my go-to for any future flooring efforts, large or small.

I needed new flooring and I wanted to keep my business local. My daughter mentioned Carpet One Woodland so it sounded just like what I was looking for.She was acquainted with Karen,a sales rep,so I asked for her when I visited the store,She was out on a call so Josh showed me around and gave me a quick tutorial on flooring and promised Karen would give me a call. She called and brought over some large samples and together I chose my flooring. She handled everything---the selection,the measuring,advice on how the flooring should run and arranged installation with a great guy,Vince.I should mention that I was under a strict timeline and Karen made in happen in time for our event. I would recommend Karen and this store to anyone who likes good and personal service. Oh and------I absolutely love our new floors.

The moment Karen showed up to my home, I knew I would be in good hands. Karen is friendly, knowledgeable, and she took the time to answer all of my questions. I appreciated she was always available and was there to help me pick the best flooring for my home. I also liked how each step of the process was explained and there were no surprises.
