Creekside Fence

Ray did deck work from my mom 15 years ago and put in a fence with gate for me a couple of years ago. Both are still in excellent shape. Ray does quality work delivering exactly what is agreed-upon in the exact time frame for the exact price. He is only person I will ever go to for a deck or fence.

Ray was great! Quality work, professional, excellent customer service. Myself and 2 neighbors were also very happy we hired him.

We just had a horrible experience. He arrived 2 hours late. He replaced, mistakenly, four boards that didn't need replacing and didn't replace 4 that needed replacing (one was rotted completely through). He agreed to come back the next day to replace the correct boards. He charged for this additional work even though some of the work he'd done was in error. The next day he replaced the other boards and then sanded. He had no compressor to remove the dust and proceeded to stain over dust. My husband had to assist in the staining since he was behind schedule. The stain was not the color we chose and went on orange not brown. When questioned, he replied it would dry much darker. Well, it's dry but not darker. It looks horrible. There is also stain dripping down the front of the deck that he neglected to stain. He also got stain in 5 places on our home and on a fence. Finally, he refused to give us a written receipt for his work. I do not recommend Creekside Fence and Deck. Updated to say that payment was renegotiated. We paid only for materials that Ray purchased. We had to go purchase the correct color stain and restain on our own.
