DiFranco Gate and Fence installed two new gates on my property 11 years ago, one operational by hand, the other automated. The automated gate has needed maintenance only occasionally. Recently, the automated gate was erratic about opening and closing. I called for help on Thursday, and Mike came out Friday. I was away, but he was able to fix the problem while I was away, and I came home to a properly operating gate. It has been some days now, and there has been no further problem. I have always been very happy with the installation, always happy with Mike's prompt response and with his work when I needed his help.
