Fantastic Service! They were easy to communicate with, friendly, professional, and created a great product. I had some tree stumps that another fence company said would complicate things, and these guys had no problem at all. At every step of the process, they exceeded my expectations.

I lost my house in the Santa Rosa Tubbs fire in 2017. I called Redwood Residential Fence to fence my new home. They got the job done fast, and the quality is great. Their pricing is also very competitive. As former Construction Manager, I know a bit about construction, and they are a first rate company.

I hope this is a fair review. I had worked with these guys on a couple of projects while with a construction company in 2017-2019. They performed. In 2019, I hired them to do so one side of my corner home’s fence that wasn’t shared with neighbors and added a new gate and replaced an existing gate. They did great. We did have a big issue within a year with the new gate and they stood behind it and re built it! The post had basically twisted and made the door warped. In 2024, I hired them again to demo and build a trash enclosure with two sets of doors/gates and again they did a good job. I worked with Jordan on this job. In April of 2025 I hired them to replace my fence on two sides that were shared with my two neighbors. Again they did a good job. Jordan again was great to work with. I’m taking one star off because of this: On this latest job, the crew left a significant amount of clumps of spoils (chunky soil where they had dug for posts) and mixed it in under the plants, and whiting decorative landscaping rocks..They only hauled off about 10-20% of the soil!! it’s been a nightmare to clean up this mess to be honest. We’ve had to sift through bark, mulch, rocks and under the bushes to clean up after them. They plainly got lazy and took a shortcut. We have had to sort through all this by hand to fix it and it’s still work in progress. I think if the rest of my previous experiences weren’t as good, I would be very mad and would have given even less stars. However; they did a good job previously and this was the only issue I’ve been disappointed with. I would recommend working with Jordan. I would recommend giving them a shot. But I would definitely inspect their work and clean up especially!
