Rick was absolutely outstanding. He arrived right on time and quickly understood the issue I had been struggling with for two weeks. His expertise and clear advice helped me finally fix my sand coffee machine. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. My name is Sandra and I am the Community Leader at Golden Oaks MHP in Oroville, and I had 2 beakers go bad on the hottest day, and of course it was a Sunday and Fathers Day.
