Ledbetter did the solar on my home. They were efficient and the crew was friendly. I love they are a well established local business. I will only use them going forward for any home electrical needs.

I was not informed that I would be charged for the technician coming to my house to diagnose my electrical issue and provide a quote for the repairs. This is despite visiting the office in person and also speaking with the technician over the phone beforehand, so I was blindsided by the charge. I paid the amount requested, but I’m still unclear about what exactly I was charged for. The charge was not explained or justified. They should be upfront and transparent with potential clients about their fees. Based on this experience, I would not recommend their services.
