OTTER HVAC replaced 2 thermostats in our home and did a walk through of our HVAC system to check on any deficiencies and comments on the HVAC system performance. The technician explained the difference in performace of the 2 models/makes of thermostats. He picked up the model of thermostats that we selected (Google Nest) and installed them after lunch. He walked me through the programming and set up the thermostats to the specification that we desired. The thermostats have been working well, controlling the furnace and AC exactly addressing appropriately the temperature changes inside the house. We went on a week vacation and did not have to adjust the thermostats while we were gone. NICE. During the final walk through the technician found the insulation on the piping from the house to the AC compressor was worn and told us we should consider replacing it. We notified OTTER about this item, and they promptly scheduled an appointment in a few days. Tony, the technician came back to put new insulation and a layer of outdoor weather protection over the short pipe. The job was excellent. We will definitely use OTTER HVAC again.

Great fast friendly service came out that afternoon and had our AC working in no time. Helpful and explained the issue and what was needed. No hard sell just knowledgable and friendly repair. Will use otter for all AC and heating needs 100%

Otter HVAC clearly prioritizes customer service. I needed cleaning of my gas wall heater and they quickly gave me a fair quote. On inspection they found it needed replacement, all the while being very courteous with clear explanations. I received lower quotes, but after researching the company and my positive experience, I chose Otter. Again, they were courteous and respectful during the replacement, leaving the area well cleaned up. They did a great job on the replacement and our interaction. Highly recommended.
