HVAC "Lead Installer" Christian Palomino and HVAC "Assistant Installer" Mateo Soto did an excellent job with this project. They worked continuously throughout the 3-day project providing a complete, thorough and clean installation. Christian did a great job keeping us informed about the work they were doing. Christian even went above and beyond and mounted my tv and I am so happy ! He was very transparent, which we appreciated. They were very courteous, respectful of property and very knowledgeable. They demonstrated a good work ethic and always maintained a positive attitude. We are very happy with our new HVAC system! Thanks so much Christian and Mateo!! We had the team at Mr. Poppy replace our 20+ year old 3ton and 2ton ac/heaters to new heatpump systems and replace all of the ducts as well. They completed the work in 5 days and were knowledgeable, professional, and were respectful of our home throughout the whole process. We ended up with two new Daikin heatpump systems and all new ducts and are pleased with their performance thus far. I would definitely consider them again for our other properties as the needs arise.

Owners and employees go out of their way to assure customers satisfaction with the work the have performed. Staff are very helpful and courteous when interacting with customer questions and concerns. They are prompt with their appointments and finishing the job on time, and they leave their work area very clean. They explain to you how the appliance they installed works and provide helpful information to assure the appliance works properly in the future. I obtained a couple of quotes and their price was the most reasonable. They even assist you with financing with no interest on the purchase. I strongly recommend them!
