He identified the root issue quickly and fixed it for less than I expected, which was a great surprise. It’s rare to find a company this organized and responsive, from the technicians to the admin team. Extremely impressed and will be going to Fuse for everything moving forward. Highly recommend!

I was recommended FUSE HVAC by a local handyman, and I'm so thankful for the rec! My heater and Nest thermostat weren't turning on and I couldn't figure out the issue, and I was especially anxious to have this fixed bc I have a 7 month old and it was starting to get chilly. Alex, one of FUSES's technicians came out and very quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed the problem, and my heater and Nest were up and running again. Super friendly service, professional, and communicative. Highly recommend!

I recently had a fantastic experience with Fuse HVAC Walnut Creek when I had them install a new HVAC system in my home. Alex, the estimator, was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of our questions and discuss the project in detail over several days. We needed to install both heating and ventilation, but our ducts run through the walls, which presented a challenge. Based on Alex's recommendation, we decided to go with a hybrid Mitsubishi system, which combines traditional ducted heating on the first floor with ductless split units in the bedrooms.The installation process was no easy feat, but the team at Fuse HVAC handled it with ease, demonstrating their expertise and professionalism every step of the way. The job took several days to complete, but the end result was more than worth it. I was impressed by the level of detail and care that went into the installation, and I could tell that the team consisted of the best professionals in their field.The hybrid Mitsubishi system is incredibly efficient and effective, providing consistent temperature control and improved air quality throughout my home.
