I highly recommend " Rising Sun Electrify, Inc. " if you need to upgrade your main panel. i live in Santa Clara and before i make contract with this company i got 3 estimate and non of them could beat this company price by far. here is my honest review: COMMUNICATIONS: Excellent.----. my main contact was Josephine who came with her technician to my home and gave me estimate. her follow up and also answering text /email/phone was excellent QUALITY: Excellent ---- very happy with their quality work , on time and fast installation and same time they went through all permit and inspections for me, means I was worried free for any inspections or permit. Also they done very good job to label panel for me so nicely. also i need to mention this company done patch and paint after installation, other 2 company they didn't support paint wall for me. they got exact match of my wall paint and done great job. I will keep in touch with this company for my future project (Maybe solar)
