Go Brilliant Electric

I was pleased to have Yelp contact an electrical worker from GO BRILLIANT ELECTRIC the same day to put in a 120 outlet for our new sprinkler timer. I was not too much concerned with cost as I figured it would be reasonable depending on the time and complexity of the job. The Forman Angel and his partner arrived at 11 am on a Friday and got to work right away. As I watched I noticed he kept trying to install the new outlet to another box totally with conduit and a bender tool with multiple bends and many cuts take downs and reinstalls for 45 minutes instead of just using a flex connection at the end. He finally did at the request of his assistant and myself. I was shocked that for a simple job which would only be 1/2,hour took and hour he wanted to charge me $500! No senior discount, nada. So I paid and thanked them for their best effort. Luckily they sat in their company truck eating their lunch when my wife got home from shopping and discovered that the freezer on the same circuit wasn’t working. They.found and tighten up a connection to an extension which was poorly connected to a previously awkwardly placed box. Still I appreciate their effort and hope they and GO BRILLIANT and readers will learned from this experience. —JB in RWC

The electrician arrived on time explained every step clearly, and completed the job with meticulous attention to details. The results were clean, safe and exactly what I requested. I contacted GBE on yelp and received a message right away. I described my issue to Sarah who was very friendly. We scheduled a service date via text. I received an update on the morning of my service with the name and photo of the tech which I find very helpful. Jason and Augustin showed up in the scheduled time and were also friendly. They did the job as expected in a timely manner. Would hire them again.
