I recently had to get the sub-panel of my home upgraded, I received the most reasonable and well documented quote from Elvis. He also took care of applying for and obtaining a permit with the city. Scheduling was very accommodative - I had to ask for adjustments to the schedule which needed Elvis to juggle some things around and he accommodated my requests and completed the work with very high quality.
