These guys are great from the moment you reach them on the phone to when they finish the job. The service is so wonderful at every point of contact that it makes paying them easy. Jay and team do a great job informing the client what is going on, what needs fixing right away, and then they get to it. Their responsiveness to questions and concerns is always well-received, and their responses are understandable to the untrained ear. But this all starts with the initial cell call and Magdelina's responsiveness. She goes beyond the call of duty to make their services available to the customer. If ever there was an example of the difference between a dedicated staff person and a bot, Magdelina's efforts and communication skills would put to rest the debate between a bot and a real person representing the company initially. She is responsive, reliable, and does exactly what she says she will do to get service people to the customer as quickly as possible. Her disposition is cheerful, yet knowledgeable. She makes a hard process easy. She represents the kind of service you get when the guys come to your home: courteous, responsive, reliable, and trustworthy. I had to have my whole house generator replaced. Fisher was very easy to do business with. The communication with everyone from the front office to the techs and owner was top notch and professional. They showed up right on time, got the job done quickly and took me through everything I needed to know about the new generator. They’ve earned my business for any future electric jobs I may have. Truly a five-star company.

Jay was our technician and he was great. Communication for arrival, etc. was spot on. He explained everything thoroughly that needed to be done so there were no surprises and he even found a couple of things that I didn't even know weren't working and fixed them too! Two thumbs up!! :)
