Sal, who kept me informed throughout the service call via phone, from the time he was expected to arrive, to the time he was 5 min out from my home. Once he arrived, he came to my door and identified himself. Sal asked me where the faulty switch was and what it was tied into. Within 5 min Sal was able to identify a faulty breaker switch on the main panel. He shared the tenure of my panel was a challenge due to parts that are not manufactured anymore, however Sal saved the day as he had a good usable breaker that was able to be used. Sal had it changed in minutes and now we have a good breaker for the garbage disposal switch. Sals willingness to go the extra mile to solve my electrical needs really brought great satisfaction and he was cared about finding a solution.
