The two guys at the desk treated me professionally without making me feel “dumb”. They also looked at the switch, figured out what mistakes I made and told me to try their suggestions before purchasing a new one. Alleluia, they identified the issue and saved this DIY’er. This is a great place to get Square D products, electrical tools. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes there are donuts on the counter and sodas and waters in the fridge.
