I had a fantastic experience with Innovative Electrical Services (IES), Inc. They installed a new EV charger at my home and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Tech Samuel  and coworker where knowledgeable, friendly, and they clearly takes pride in their work. You can tell they really know what they are  doing. The owner, Walter, was also great to work with—very responsive, flexible, and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Both technicians who came out were extremely professional, respectful, and easy to communicate with. The installation itself was clean, efficient, and done right the first time. Highly recommend IES if you’re looking for quality electrical work and a team that treats you right.

Walter and his company came highly recommended to me and I can see why. Not only was the work started and completed in a timely manner, the work that was performed was of the highest quality. The price they charge for the work they do is by far the best around. I will definitely be using Innovative Electrical Services for any other electrical needs I have going forward.

Walter’s crew was excellent. They installed 220 volt outlet into our laundry room. They were courteous, were careful not to walk in the house with dirty shoes and they did a good job cleaning up after the successful installation.
