Hop & Mop Cleaning

We were referred to Andre’s cleaning service by my daughter’s schoolmate, and we couldn’t be happier! We haven’t had the best luck with house cleaners in the past, but Andre and his team completely changed that. They are professional, thorough, and treat our home as if it were their own. Everything is left clean, organized, and thoughtfully arranged. On top of their excellent service, we’ve also built a wonderful connection through our shared love of coffee. Andre once gifted us high-end coffee beans, and during our recent trip to Asia, we brought back special beans for him as well, he was so appreciative! Andre has been cleaning our home for several years. I love coming home to a sparkling apartment. Andre communicates if there is a problem or if he notices something that needs attention and he is trustworthy. I have cats and he is lovely to them. He seriously is the best as far as quality of the cleaning! I recommend him highly!

I got to know Fatima and now Hop & Mop Cleaning from a friend whose wife is quite particular. She is not wrong as they are great. I have been using them since 2012. Hop & Mop doesn't use harmful chemicals and what I like the most is they are friendly and very easy to work with in terms of customizing it to your liking. I can easily share my inputs on what I prefer and very rarely, things they may have missed accidentally. They always listen to my inputs and make the adjustment the next visit. I can also ask them for anything additional as needed with very reasonable charge. If you want somebody you can trust and who does decent jobs, definitely give Hop & Mop Cleaning a try!
