Friendly, professional, and honest. When we purchased our new home we had some issues with our residential windows molding from the inside due to home manufacturer not sealing them. After a lengthy delay in home lawsuit that was brought on by others and then not hearing anything from the attorneys for years we decided to call someone. ESM came out to my home on a moments notice, measured, and got me a fair quote the next day. They were prompt and professional. A few days later they had the glass in hand and installed it. During installation, the owner noticed a very fine scuff in the glass that we would never have noticed in a million years. He explained that he would go back to the manufacturer and get a replacement at no additional cost to us. We had replaced three separate windows in my house. The new glass looks great and the change in light is noticeable. Finding a business that has this level of pride in their work, integrity, and craftsmanship is rare.
