My health prevented me from cutting tall grass in the area beyond our rear yard. The grass was about 4-5ft tall in an area about 1,000sf. I contacted Guadalupe-company owner- and he inspected the grassy area at no charge. He quoted me a fair price to cut the grass. He came out and did the job the following day. I was very pleased with his work and friendly attitude. Now that I have his business card, I may call on him again for other work. I highly recommend Smart Construction Services. Jake

Hired them to repair our drip irrigation system on 1 acre property. They showed up the same day, analyzed the problems and gave us a bid. Turned out to be valve problems and leaks on a system that was improperly installed by someone else. * Fixed the problems and showed up on time. * Reasonable price and high quality work. * Very knowledgeable on drip systems and general construction * Installed and setup a newer WiFi timer which works from my phone and is much easier to setup the system. * Great communication skills and explains the work done. * We even had them install a new window that needed to be replaced. * Guarantees work. Smart construction services has done large and small jobs for me and my rentals. These involve construction, plumbing, electrical, tile installation, fence building, painting , roof repairs and more. The owner, Lupe, shows up ON TIME EVERYDAY. He brings a crew if needed. He keeps his area clean and will do dump runs. He is a one stop shop for all my needs. He will go to Home Depot and send pictures of options if requested. I could not keep up my properties Without this contractor.
