Something like this: Contacted InStyle back in August and ordered our shutters within in the same month. Due to shipping delays, we did not receive our shutters until November. Definitely worth the wait. The quality of the shutters is very high as they block out the sunlight very well. Also they were reasonably priced in comparison to other companies. We look forward to working with John and his team again when we are ready to order additional shutters for our home.

We were very happy with the service and products from In Style Windows. Edwil was especially helpful in helping us choose our window treatments. He was always quick to respond to emails, calls, and texts, as we went back and forth on the design. Once the shades came in, which took a few weeks, the installation was quick and easy. Also reasonably priced compared with other local vendors.

On May 16, 2022, I had an appointment schedule for two blinds to be installed today between 3:00pm to 4:00pm. A guy by the name Johnthan came to my door to informed me he was here to "measure windows" and my response was first what is your name and he said "Ethan" and my response was okay and I explained to him my windows has already been measured. Therefore, I explain to "Johnathan" I had schedule an appointment for my blinds to be installed today. Johnathan response was "allow me to grab my tools". My immediate response was well my blinds were delivered at the store. I am extremely upset with the unprofessionlism with Johnathn/Ethan. This company is so unprofessional to have Johnathan employeed with this company and LIE about his identity and for saying he was goinf to grab his tools from his car to leave his appointment. I am irate with this company and at the end of this appointment I was ONLY 8 minutes away from the store of "Ethan" to pick up the blinds from the store. Johnathan explained to me I would need to reschedule. At the end of the day Johnathan did not want to install blinds and wanted to GO HOME. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! Please ask for ID when these installers are going in your home. This guy lied about his name and did not have no identification on him.
