Omar, the owner, truly went above and beyond. My rear windshield broke while I was tied up with work emergencies, and with heavy storms and rain coming in, I was stressed about having to leave my truck exposed and not having time to deal with it. Omar personally picked up my truck, made sure it was covered, and brought it to the shop. The repair was completed the same day, but because I was unavailable, he kept my truck overnight and personally delivered it back to me the next day. That level of service is rare. Not only was the price significantly cheaper than the dealership and other repair shops, but the quality of work was outstanding. He removed the seat, cleaned out all the glass, repaired the sliding window perfectly, and even refused a tip. My truck looks and feels brand new—just like day one. Absolutely thrilled with my experience. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Thank you, Omar—5 stars all the way.
