The Glass Guru

CALL DON’S MOBILE The Glass Guru may present this service like they are the only ones that do this but all glass companies replace the glass only… I got quotes from both Don’s Mobile and Glass Guru. With the name Glass Guru and using products with a name like Security Boss for the pet doors. I felt Glass Guru had to be a Guru with glass, only seems logical right? So even though Glass Guru is more expensive than Don’s mobile with much less experience under their belt, I still chose to go with Glass Guru. After three long weeks of a broken sliding door Dennis brings me a wonky panel, with the gasket and black caulking visible in the pane all the way around, crooked cut glass, and the glass is even cut a bit too small for my frame. The pet door made by Security Boss can’t even secure the door to the frame. Dennis also ruined the frame with his brand new overkill drill while installing the pet door. Topped it off with a ugly bead of clear caulking on my glass. Get some caulking tools please….they are $5 Dennis…. It’s the least you could do for a customer after charging them $1900 for $300 of glass.. I don’t expect to hear back from you at this point Dennis but a new panel cut properly with no pet door is what I’d like to see happen. Hope to hear from you.

We had a minor issue with our sliding glass shower door, called Glass guru, sent them pictures via their request - rather than come to our home and charge us a service call, they told us how to fix it. That is called ethical business practice and rare in today’s times! We will absolutely call them for any future problems!

Great experience! I was contacted promptly for a doggie door for my sliding glass door. Within a week everything was installed and perfect. Communication was great and I would highly recommend
