Window Replacement Center

We didn't end up using Window Replacement Center, Inc. for our project due to a conflict with our contractor's vendor, but I was incredibly impressed by Mark's professionalism. He was prompt, highly responsive, and took the time to educate us on our options. I will definitely reach out to him for future projects!

Window replacement center did amazing job. Mark and his crews were professional, friendly and finished installing 7 windows in 2 days.They also did outstanding clean up after they finished the job. I highly recommend them to get windows installed with them.

We have an older 2 story apartment building that needed 12 front windows replaced facing the street. We scheduled a consultation with Mark's company & another "highly rated" window company.  Not only did Mark offer a more competitive $rate, the other window company provided "incorrect" information regarding the window sizing / style that was available for the type of windows we were shopping for, and needless to say Mark provided the correct information from the start and is an expert at his profession. Here's specifically why I recommend Mark & Window Replacement Center for your job: 1. Mark was our single point of contact, whenever I had questions or concerns during the process, he was extremely responsive by email & phone. 2. His company's window installers were professional, friendly, detailed + very focused in their craft. Our apt units are fully carpeted, they were very mindful and did an excellent job vacuuming & cleaning up when their job was completed for the day (2.5 total days to replace all 12 of our windows). 3. Replacing front windows that face the street in S.F. requires acquiring a permit from the city.  We asked Mark if he was able to take care of the paper- work on our behalf (a fee was charged for this service) which we gladly paid to avoid having to deal with taking time off from work.  We asked the same question to the other competing window installer, and they said that's not a service they offer. Window Replacement Center was actually a recommendation from another satisfied customer, and we're so happy with their service & performance replacing our windows.
