South Valley Windows

One day, my favorite window stopped opening smoothly. Google and ChatGPT said the window balances needed to be replaced. Windows are expensive and I'm not gutsy enough to DIY it. I sent out a few emails to local window companies - one didn't even get back to me, one gave me a very high quote, another said the whole window had to be replaced (?!), and then there's South Valley Windows. Regina emailed me back quickly and asked all the right questions. She knows her windows and what she's talking about. She gave me a reasonable quote, put in the order for the replacement parts and said it would take a couple weeks to arrive. The parts arrived much faster than that and Joe reached out to schedule a time for the replacement. Mike came over shortly after and replaced the springs in just a few minutes - it took me longer to move the couch out of the way for him than for him to actually do the job! I know this was a small job compared to what you typically do, but I really appreciate how professional and friendly everyone was and how easy the whole process was. I'm sure we'll need our windows serviced again in the future, and I will definitely be using South Valley Windows.

I recently needed a kitchen window replaced. A rather small job comparatively. Joe and his team did a great job. He was a pleasure to work with. When it's time to upgrade the windows on my house South Valley will certainly be my first call!

I have used South Valley Window on several projects and have never been disappointed. They are efficient, friendly, communicate, and competitive. I don't even bother calling anyone else when I have to do window replacement. Recently they installed a 16' wall of windows and and I'm completely happy.
