Eric and his assistant responded within 24 hours and did excellent work. Eric has done work on a few of our cars over the last five years and his work, prices and customer service have always been exceptional. He also did an excellent repair job on our convertible rear window and it has been holding up for three years. We highly recommend this company!

Overall the fixing process for windshield was fast I had a crack in the across the windshield and within a week I have gotten it fixed within 20min probably give a 3/5 because upon agreeing at 8am shows up at almost 10am without warning at least at a courtesy heads up. I went through my Insurnace but I made the mistake of getting reimbursed so I didn’t have to wait for the Insurnace to approve repairs so I’m out of picky $750 $500 for the windshield and $250 for recalibration of the Honda sensor the biggest headache of all is the invoice. I need an invoice to provide to the insurance and he assured me he would get it to me via email or text but it’s been over a month since repair please save yourself the overall headache of everything and do not go here communicating with them is short and cut phone call will last 30 seconds irritating to say the least

I had an extrempley frustrating expierence wit this businuess. It started by a mistaken adress and a failure to reach out to me on time. This resulted in my windshield replacement to be pushed back another day. They said that they would send a person to my adress 'first ting' the next day. After several calls they did not end up arriving to my location until 3:30. The windshield was replaced quickly. I was originally quoted $145 over the phone for the repair. After the repair was completed I asked the gentleman who performed the replacement how much I had to pay him for the repair. He responded by asking how much they quoted me. I said $145 and he shook his head and said tha doesnt sound right. He then called the guy at the office who had quoted me and he said that because they needed to use new glass they had to charge $230. The service I wanted was a windshield replacement, obvoiusly you need to replace the glass. I would like to give grace to the gentlemasn who performed the replacement. He seemed relatively unaware of what was heppening. He performed the service quickly effectively. Do not use this businuess. Unprofessional, unclear, I would have rather overpayed for safelite.
