Murray Window provided all the Kolbe windows and doors for our new home in Lake Tahoe. Larry, Carole and the team were great in helping us make the many choices and navigate all the complexities and challenges of designing modern windows that are a key architectural feature of our home. They were very responsive and conscientious and we couldn't be happier with the performance and quality of the Kolbe windows and doors. We'd certainly recommend them for helping out with your window and door projects.

Murray Window & Door is not a good distributor/rep. for Windows, Doors, and Coverings. Their lack of product knowledge will result in many issues throughout the entire ordering and installation process. The staff has a "can't see it from my house" attitude, with no motivation to respond and resolve any issues the customer may have. Service is months out for even the simplest items, leaving YOU as the facilities technician to complete maintenance and repairs. Be prepared to go to the BANK if you are willing to wait, their service costs and part quotations are 4-times what they should be. As a commercial contractor I am used to vendors that are experts about their products and step up when there is an issue to resolve quickly and effectively. This was not my experience and I know there are better vendors for Window & Door options in the South Bay. Don't be fooled, go elsewhere for your Window, Door, & Coverings needs, you will be grateful you did! NEVER AGAIN!
