Write a ReviewGreat customer service. I contacted them needing some minor adjustments to a shower door they installed for us seven years ago. They were able to show me exactly what I needed to do. They also had the part that I needed right there. I left the office with everything that I needed. I was very pleased.
Scheduled appointment for measurement between 10 and 11. No show or call until after 12. Then they called back saying we were supposed to call them to confirm we would be there; no! They said they were coming by at 12:30. Earlier when we called at 11, nobody could locate the driver/estimator. To make matters worst, 3 emails replies went unanswered from Renee Erkson and when I went down she was very rude and short with me. I will definitely not be doing business with these people. This was by far the worst service I have seen in a very long time.
I have been using Argonaut's service for years on all my projects as a builder and they always deliver top quality and superior customer service.
