After a year of planning, permitting, and construction, our project is now complete, and we couldn't be happier with the result. We highly recommend LB Construction and Remodeling for home remodeling. We’ve used them for several projects at our home this year - remodeling of two bathrooms, replacement of outdoor siding (including doors and windows), and painting of the whole house. We are impressed with the quality and professionalism of the company. The project manager (Dan Peretz) was very responsive to our questions and schedule requests (even on weekends) and helped us to find local resources to select the bathroom furnishings, windows and doors. He also took care of filing the City permits and inspections, searched around for matching siding (previous model no longer available) and worked with us to adjust scope to take care of unexpected items. Their crew (led by foreman Edgar) was on-time, flexible in working around our schedule and needs, and kept us informed of the work and brought up options for our consideration. They all acted professionally and cleaned up the job site well each day. The projects were all completed within cost and schedule - no surprises!
