We had a great experience with Apex Screens & Doors. Lee was very punctual and very professional. Because of the view we have, Lee recommended a non-obstructive screen. Now we can’t even tell there’s screen on the windows and door. We replaced all our window screens and a new sliding door. Great experience with two different screen projects from Apex Screens and Doors. We needed two slider screen doors re-screened for our patio. Our frames were in good condition, but the screens has been busted in more than one spot. It was recommended that we upgrade the screens to a sturdier screen that almost look invisible due to their mesh pattern and we couldn't be more pleased. While the upgraded screen cost a bit more, we felt it was worth it for a sturdier screen. While there, we had them measure our front door for a traditional screen door with bottom kick plate. We had tried to install a screen door, purchased at a big box store ourselves, but our door frame wasn't a standard size, and the off the shelf door was going to leave a 5" gap on one side, which was aggravating. Maurice took measurements of our door, they quoted us a price and said it would take about 2 weeks, and would come back and install. The communication from Apex, via text, was great. Though it cost more than the door from a big box store, it was worth every penny - there was no gap, it was hung by professionals pretty quickly and it looks great! We know this is was an investment that we are going to get a lot of use out of. Maurice did both of the jobs at our house - a diligent, polite, hard worker. He made sure we were happy with the speed in which the front screen door closed, showed us the locking feature, how to keep the screen open if necessary. Very thorough, and made sure that we were a satisfied customer before leaving. Should we need future screen or door projects, Apex will be our first call. Thank you!

We recently had Apex Screens and Doors replace three of our screen doors—one large and two standard—and had a great experience from start to finish. Our home is a 1916 build, so nothing is square and everything comes with a bit of complexity. Custom-fitting these doors was not an easy job, but Lee and the team handled it without any issues. The craftsmanship really shows in the final product. We also opted for pet mesh instead of standard fiberglass due to our cats damaging the old screens. It was a modest upcharge and absolutely worth it for the added durability. The entire process moved quickly, taking just a couple of weeks from start to finish, and we appreciated the discount for doing all three doors at once.
