I had a great experience working with Mr Window Replacement for my recent project. Marek, the owner, personally came onsite to take measurements and provide the estimate. What stood out immediately was that he is not a salesperson—he is the one actually doing the work. This was very different from other companies I contacted, where only sales representatives came out. I chose Marek because of his excellent Google reviews, a very reasonable quote, and a strong warranty. Throughout the project, he was very professional and reliable. He texted me his ETA each day about 20 minutes before arrival, which I really appreciated. The scope of work included 12 retrofit windows and 3 sliding doors (new construction with new framing). Since my home is over 85 years old, the sliding door installation turned out to be more complicated than expected. Despite this, Marek honored his original estimate. I wanted to be fair and asked him to revise the quote, but to my surprise, he only charged for the additional material costs. Marek used high-quality materials for the framing and showed great attention to detail. He and Mike completed everything in just 4 days. The workmanship is excellent—my windows and sliding doors look beautiful. They also took care to cover my belongings during the work and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. Overall, I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Marek and his team.

Marek replaced half of all the windows in our home and a sliding glass door. He worked hard to ensure that the window style matched the existing neighborhood and the glass he selected is superb. Energy efficient, compliant with all the latest codes and there is a significant reduction in noise. The quality of his work is unparalleled.
