I am writing this review to help others who are looking to upgrade their windows. I interviewed five window companies and Bay Area Window Pros stood out to be the clear winner in all categories. Starting from the estimate and meeting with Russ, who always made sure all concerns were addressed, to the pricing of the project, and finally, the quick one-day installation was all a 5-Star experience. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. I decided to go with the Anlin brand of windows for their value and their warranty with great manufacturer support and transferability. The new windows make a huge difference in maintaining a comfortable inside temperature.

I reached out to get a quote for our home project, which included 23 windows and doors. Xiara initially responded quickly and asked for details, so I provided all the necessary information — dimensions, window types, and floor plans — to help with the quote. After that, I never received a response. I followed up again, but still got no reply — essentially, we were ghosted. Maybe she was too busy or not interested in taking our project, but I would rather work with someone who is attentive, responsive, and respects their potential clients’ time.

They told me that my project is too small for them, I said that it is not customer service that I was hoping for and the phone lady kindly explained that they are too busy already and won't feel a difference if they don't take mine. Well, glad I found this out earlier that later. Keep it up
